Terms of Use
Maps. This site's address tools are built on Google Maps. By using them you also accept the Google Maps/Google Earth Additional Terms of Service and Google Privacy Policy.
The site, as-is. We work to keep prices and availability accurate (the board updates Mondays), but content is provided as-is. The price that counts is the one Dougie confirms on your phone call, straight off the Dock Price Board. If a listing is in error we may decline or cancel the order rather than fill it — and since no money changes hands until delivery, there's nothing to unwind.
Liability cap. To the fullest extent Maryland law allows, our total liability for any claim tied to the site or an order is capped at what you paid for that order.
Disputes. We'll always try to fix it human-to-human first — call Dad. Failing that, disputes go to binding individual arbitration in Maryland (no class actions), except small-claims matters, which can stay in Dorchester County courts. Maryland law governs.
